Your rental comes with tables and chairs (7 eight-foot tables, 5 six-foot tables, 13 round tables, and 100 white folding chairs), an on-site kitchen, parking behind the house, three indoor restrooms, and two spacious changing suites for relaxing and getting ready. The property accommodates up to 150 guests, with indoor and outdoor seating options to fit your vision.

Enjoy true creative freedom with open vendors, outside catering, and the ability to bring your own alcohol (licensed bartenders required). To simplify planning, we also provide a trusted vendor guide.

Our Private Event Loft offers an elegant upstairs option for up to 50 guests—perfect for intimate dinners, rehearsal events, showers, or corporate gatherings.

A piece of history…

 The Cool Springs House has a long and colorful history. In 1830, James and Penelope Barfield Carothers built the original two log rooms of the Cool Springs House located at what is presently the intersection of Mallory Lane and Cool Springs Boulevard. Many years later, the house had major renovations done to it by adding the second story, the downstairs hall, and the front porch.
