Does the thought of planning a big wedding stress you out? We hear you! But why go to a public court room when you could have your private, intimate ceremony at the Cool Springs House? Grab a few of your closest friends and family and let’s do it! Our vintage farmhouse will provide a stunning backdrop to your elopement whether you have been planning it for a year, or it’s a last minute decision. The inside of our house is beautifully decorated, but feel free to come in and customize it to your taste with added decor.

Elopement FAQ
What if I only want the house for a couple of hours?
Other than our general pricing, we offer special pricing that is perfect for elopements. Book less than 30 days from your chosen date and our rates drop to 50% off. Hourly rates are available for bookings less than 14 days out. You will still be required to pay the cleaning fee in addition to your rental.
Can I still have food at my elopement?
Yes! Clients are welcome to bring in any catering they would like. It can be provided by the client, or you may cater. We have a catering kitchen that you may use, but you will need to bring any cooking equipment in yourself.
Can I still use the changing suites?
Absolutely! They are there for you to use just as any of our other couples would on their wedding day.
What areas of the House and Property may be used for an elopement?
While you have use of any areas of the house and grounds, our most popular options are our charming front porch, either dining room inside, or the exterior of the barn. Also, be sure to check out our Private Event Loft. For 50 guest or less events, I would suggest hosting your ceremony either outside or in one of our downstairs rooms, having cocktail hour inside the home downstairs, and then moving upstairs to the loft for an intimate dining experience.
