Whether you are looking for a relaxed back yard BBQ or an upscale black tie affair, the Cool Springs House is a charming location for your rehearsal dinner. Guests will love exploring the inside of our lovingly restored 1830 historic farmhouse during their visit, or walking our lush garden-like grounds.
Clients have full use of both inside and outside of the house with every rental. The inside of the house comfortably seats up to 80. If additional room is required, the outside of the house can hold up to 150 and tents may be brought in from any licensed tenting company.
