At the Cool Springs House, we offer many amenities to make your day with us as stress free as possible. The below amenities are available with all rentals and do not cost additional fees. Our inventory items must be set up and torn down within your rental window.

Clients may use any licensed tent and rentals companies, all other areas can be any vendor or DIY.

Outside catering allowed, or provide your own food.
Bring in your own alcohol. Licensed bartenders are required.
Private event loft
The Private Event Loft comfortably accommodates up to 50 guests, featuring a historic 22-foot center table that seats 24, with additional seating for 26 available at charming dropleaf tables arranged throughout the room. Located upstairs at the Cool Springs House, this versatile space can serve as a stylish add-on to any rental.
Furnished with classic wooden chairs and equipped with optional amenities such as a TV, projector, and screen, the Loft offers a warm, welcoming setting ideal for private dinners, parties, bridal showers, rehearsal dinners, or corporate gatherings.
This thoughtfully designed layout allows for seamless indoor events of up to 50 guests, with ceremonies and cocktail hours held downstairs and dining experiences hosted in the elegant upstairs Loft.
changing suites
Inside the house we have private spaces for our wedding couples to get ready in. The downstairs space (often the grooms quarters) features a large table, mini fridge, leather couch, restroom, and full length mirror. Just upstairs we have beautiful suite (often the bridal suite) to relax in and enjoy while getting ready. The suite features plush furnishings, full length mirrors, a mini fridge, and a vanity table.
