Brentvale Pavilion is now open and available for rentals, offering a flexible gathering space nestled within the beautiful surroundings of Crockett Park. Designed to accommodate a variety of events and celebrations, the pavilion provides a versatile setting for everything from intimate ceremonies and milestone celebrations to community gatherings, meetings, arts events, and more.
Whether you’re planning a celebration of your own or looking for additional space for an event at Cool Springs House, Brentvale Pavilion gives you another way to make your event uniquely yours.

Brentvale Pavilion is available as a standalone hourly rental or as an add-on to a Cool Springs House rental, giving you the flexibility to choose the space that works best for your event.
As a standalone rental, the pavilion is ideal for:

Planning an event at Cool Springs House? Brentvale Pavilion can give you even more room to bring your plans to life.
When rented as an addition to your Cool Springs House event, the pavilion can be used for additional ceremony, reception, photography, or gathering space. Tables and chairs included with your Cool Springs House rental may also be used at the pavilion during your rental period.
This flexible option makes it possible to create a multi-space event experience while keeping your celebration connected to the charm of Brentwood’s historic properties.
Your Event, Your Way
Brentvale Pavilion is designed to give clients the flexibility to create an event that reflects their vision.
When renting the pavilion as a standalone space, clients provide their own tables, chairs, decorations, and other event equipment and are responsible for setup, breakdown, and cleanup. Clients may work with the vendors of their choice, subject to City of Brentwood requirements.
The pavilion features standard interior lighting and a power distribution box. Additional lighting and power needs can be accommodated by clients and their event vendors as needed.
Located in Beautiful Crockett Park
Brentvale Pavilion is located within Crockett Park, one of Brentwood’s active recreational destinations. Surrounded by park grounds and green space, the location provides a relaxed setting for gatherings while offering convenient access to the amenities of the park.
Because the pavilion is located within a public park, guests should be aware that park activities may be taking place throughout the week and parking is shared with park visitors on a first-come, first-served basis.
Simple Hourly Rental
Brentvale Pavilion is available for $100 per hour, with a 2-hour minimum rental and a 14-hour maximum rental period between 7:00 a.m. and 11:00 p.m.
This hourly structure makes the pavilion an accessible option for both shorter gatherings and full-day celebrations.
