CORONAVIRUS event IMPACT

The statements below are current as of October 21, 2021

We understand that the Coronavirus (covid-19) may be impacting your upcoming event in some capacity. We also understand that there are many factors to take into consideration when deciding how to move forward with your event. We encourage you to talk with your family, friends, vendors, and planners about what works best for you and your guests. Guest Count Capacity

The Cool Springs House is operating at 100% capacity. Clients may have their full guest count up to 250 guests.

MASKS

  • Clients, guests, and/or vendors may choose to wear masks at their discretion, but will not be required to do so by the Cool Springs House nor the City of Brentwood.

SOCIAL DISTANCING

  • Social distancing requirements are no longer required.

Please understand that at any point this information could change should new restrictions be put in place by Tennessee Governor Bill Lee, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), the Williamson County Health Department, or the City of Brentwood.

We recommend staying up to date on all CDC guidelines regarding Covid-19 to decide how to handle your upcoming event.


Release of Liability

All clients who choose to host an event during COVID-19 will be required to sign a Release of Liability with the City of Brentwood. The purpose of this form is to ensure that you, as the client, understand the risks and responsibility of holding an event during COVID-19. Furthermore, it is to acknowledge that you understand that in no way will the City or its affiliates be held responsible should any COVID-19 infection(s) occur due to participation or attendance at your event. Due to potential changes to guidelines, the Release of Liability will be sent to clients the Monday prior to your event to ensure that clients are receiving the latest information. We ask that you please do not sign this form prior to receiving it. Please click below if you would like to review the latest version.


Client Options

Clients currently booked through December 31, 2021: Clients will be allowed a temporary reschedule addendum, where if a client feels that they cannot have their event due to covid-19, they may reschedule their date(s) under the following guidelines:

  • The new date(s) must be within 12 months of the current contracted event date.

  • Client requests will be subject to venue availability.

  • If a client chooses a new date that is of less value than their original date, the client will be refunded the difference.

  • If a client chooses a date that is of greater value than the original date, the client must pay the difference.
