At the Cool Springs House, we have a spacious prep kitchen for your event use. As a reminder, we recommend but do not require that you use a licensed and insured caterer.

Our Kitchen

We DO provide: a refrigerator, oven/stove, and microwave, and metal prep table.

We do NOT provide: ice, trash bags, cooking equipment, or garbage disposal for food disposal.

Trash

We do NOT provide trash bags. At the end of the night, trash goes inside the lattice fence to the rear of the house, in the provided bins. The City will haul the trash off after your rental as long as you have ensured all trash is placed in tied bags, placed inside the provided cans. Client will be billed $100 in the event that they fail to properly dispose of their trash both inside or outside.
