Rental FAQ

At the Cool Springs House, we have a limited number of rental items available for your use, included with your rental fee. In our inventory is the following:

  • Seven 8’ tables

  • Five 6’ tables

  • Thirteen 60” round tables

  • 100 white folding chairs

  • Approx. 60 Misc. mixed metal chairs (29 grey, 20 blue, 13 green)

Set Up & TearDown

The City does NOT provide set up and teardown of rental items. Rather, it is the client’s responsibility to set up and teardown all tables and chairs, which must be set up and put back within the confines of your rental period. Additional fees may apply for improperly setting up or tearing down the City’s rental items. NOTE: The WHITE metal chairs go in the closet inside the OFFICE, and all mixed metal chairs and tables go inside the SHED.

Linens

The City does NOT supply linens. Linens may be brought in or rented from any party rental company you choose. Linen sizes:

  • 8’x30” tables: 90x156

  • 6’x30” tables: 90x132

  • 60” round tables: 120"

Additional Rental Items

If you wish to have additional rental items provided by an outside vendor, you may use any vendor of your choosing, as long as they are licensed and insured. We will ask for their certificate of insurance to be on file prior to your event.
