It’s hard to beat the natural beauty of a Middle Tennessee fall day, especially one at our gorgeous Cool Springs House. October is one of our most popular months for weddings, and we are usually booked up for the month well in advance.
Because of its incredible beauty and immense popularity, we thought we’d give you a quick breakdown of what an October wedding at Cool Springs House might look like (and how much it may cost).
150 Guest wedding on a Peak Saturday in October
Congrats, it’s the big day! You and your bridal party arrive at 9am to our historic home and make your way upstairs to begin hair and makeup. Your dresses are already steamed and ready to go upstairs, snacks and drinks are already in the kitchen, and all the decor has been brought into the house - all because you rented the space out yesterday as well for your rehearsal and set up. Now the stress is gone, and you’re ready to celebrate! The upstairs event loft was the perfect location for your 50 guest rehearsal dinner last night. You knocked out the ceremony rehearsal and had a great dinner.
Now, the grooms party shows up to get ready in their private room downstairs and they eat lunch provided by their families. There is plenty of parking for guests as they arrive at the park and find their seats to see you walk down the aisle. Your guests make their way to the ceremony location in front of the rustic barn on the grounds where 150 chairs are setup with a wide, flower-filled aisle. It’s time for the vows!
Immediately following the ceremony guests are invited into the air-conditioned home for appetizers to mingle for cocktail hour before making their way to the tent for the reception. The DJ plays as guests find their seats and enjoy their beautifully catered buffet style dinner. You dance the night away before an incredible send-off at 10pm!
