Client Document Requirements

Please review this list of required information and documents carefully so that you can make sure all the correct documents are on file prior to your event:

 

QUESTIONNAIRES

We will send out two questionnaires for you to complete. Planners may also complete them on clients’ behalf:

Vendor Information Questionnaire

  • Due four (4) weeks prior to the event.

  • Informs us of all vendors coming onto the property.

  • Helps us determine if we already have vendor COIs on file.

Final Details Questionnaire

  • Due two (2) weeks prior to the event.

  • Informs us of all the details of the event.

CLIENT DOCUMENTS

We need the following three client documents no later than four (4) weeks prior to your event:

Certificate of Event Insurance

VENDOR DOCUMENTS

The following is a list of documents we are required to have on file from your clients’ vendors, no later than four (4) weeks prior:

COI for Tent and Rental Vendors

  • If you are using anyone on our Vendor Guide, we already have this on file.

ABC License for Bartenders

  • If alcohol is served in any form, it must be served by an ABC licensed bartender.
