Guest Capacity Limits
According to City of Brentwood guidance, all gatherings should continue to social distance to the greatest extent possible. To ensure appropriate social distancing measures can be put in place, clients may continue with their events at a maximum of half capacity (125 people).
Capacity:
Outside events may not exceed a maximum capacity of 50% at the Cool Springs House, or no more than 125 people
There may not be more than 50 people standing inside the house at any given point
There may not be more than 15 people in any single room inside of the house
Masks:
All vendors will be required to wear a mask while working your event
All guests will be requested to wear a mask when proper social distancing cannot be maintained
Social Distancing
Clients should work to social distance their guests to the greatest extent possible, including but not limited to:
Ceremony chairs are required to be spaced 6’ apart for those who are not in the same household
Reception tables must be spaced 6’ apart and should contain only those members who live in the same household
Layout and Rain Plan
Clients are required to submit a layout to the Venue Director, which spells out specific social distancing plans for their event
In the event of rain, appropriate size tents must be used to ensure that social distancing measures remain
Safety
Self-service food is recommended to be limited
A minimum of one sanitizing stations will be required per 50 guests
You may now consider this as the rule and guideline for planning your upcoming event with us. As always though, please understand that at any point information can change should new restrictions be put in place by Governor Bill Lee, CDC, Williamson County Health Department, or the City of Brentwood.
